Basic Rental Information

• Events having up to 50 guests may hire one bartender ($50)
• Events having more than 50 guests require two bartenders ($100)
• Hall and picnic rental are for (4) hours. Each additional hour will cost an additional $100 plus $25 per bartender. Gratuity not included.
• Kegs for events MUST be bought from the Terchon VFW at a cost of $140 each.
• Use of the kitchen can be available for $50.
• You must provide your own plates, napkins, utensils, serving dishes, etc. for your event.
• A cash deposit of $200 is required to hold the date for your event for the picnic ground. The hall requires $100 deposit.
• If cancelled in less than 14 days from the date of the event, the deposit WILL NOT be refunded.
• Children must be supervised at all times and are not allowed in the kitchen and bar areas.
• Deposits are refunded after the event is closed and cleaned. Clean up includes trash, food, spills, and any other messes that may have occurred during your event.
• Kitchen must be cleaned and inspected if used.
• OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED. IF YOU ARE FOUND WITH OUTSIDE ALCOHOL, YOUR EVENT WILL CLOSE IMMEDIATELY AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. NO REFUNDS.
